From 50+ year old vines in the village of Verzé. Full-bodied and long with a distinct salty character. Verzé is known for producing mineral wines and this combines that character with density and immense character. Wonderful stuff!
Made in the Maillet style of long, cool fermentations, circa 9 months, in epoxy lined concrete tank. 40-50 mg of total SO2.
