Very smart white Burgundy and listed in 23 of France’s Michelin 3-stared restaurants (there are currently 30 in total). Incredible value for such a sophisticated wine.
“The 2018 Saint-Romain Blanc is probably more famous than his white. It has a divine nose, suggestions of white chocolate and praline infusing the citrus fruit, hints of orange blossom. The palate is crisp and focused on the entry, slightly waxy in texture with the weight similar to that of a Chassagne. Great salinity on the finish, completes a very fine Saint-Romain that will age if allowed to.” 91 pts. Neal Martin, Vinous
