From fruit grown at the Clos des Vignes du Maynes. this is an utterly delicious sparkling wine made in the tradition method, zero dosage with 1.5g/l sulphur added at disgorgement.
It has lovely aromas of white and red fruits, crème pâtissière and a touch of honey. The palate is creamy and mouth filling with red apple, pear, a hint of red currant, honey and chalky notes. Long finish. Excellent.
